I upgraded to the VIP pack yesterday, with the box and activation happening next week.
I was told that I’d have access to the BT TV app before then, but despite trying multiple times this evening and using my BT login details, I keep getting an AJ931 error.
Could you possibly take a look into it for me please?

Hi @DaveSwan sorry that you are unable to get logged into the BT TV app. The app service should complete very quickly on your order so it sounds like something may have gone wrong. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the team and we'll be happy to help you with this.

I had this issue, which took a few weeks to resolve.
However, maybe @DavidM can help, because he followed it all the way through with me. As it was fixed in the last few days, hopefully it's fresh in David's mind and he might help get it to the right team straight away and save you potentially waiting weeks for a fix.
