Evening,
Looking for some advice.
Our landline telephone is displaying a message of check landline. I have called our number from my mobile and it now says 'Landline is temporarily Unavailable'
I have checked both sockets in the house and ran a fault check which is comeing back with no fault.
nothing has changed or moved in the house, I'm assuming its not my actualy landline handsets as we wouldnt be getting an error message when trying to phone the house.
Can anyone suggest anything to try before we have an engineer come out to the house please?

Hi @NikkiM83 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having problems with the landline. You could try connecting to the test socket to see if that helps? You can view a video of how to do that on this link landline checks.
