Upon opening my BT and EE accounts in August, I was advised that I can link them and get 10% discount on my EE subscription.
Today I contacted support online to link them and they confirmed that I'm eligible for linking accounts, although I should to do it by calling 0800 800 150, where they eventually told me that I can't link my current subscriptions.
I'm confused as there are contradictory claims from support. Can I or can't link the accounts?
You can link them at the time of order by logging in to the BT website and then order a mobile product that is from EE, the referral automatically adds the 10% when you shop on EE.co.uk
How to add later I can't see a way, I'm not sure it's possible unless someone else knows
