Live TV stuterry on Box Pro after a while

We've been watching a lot of Euro 2020 on our Box Pro and have noticed after an hour or so the picture gets quite stuttery. Not hugely but just enough to be very annoying. We change channel and then back and it's fine.

Anyone else noticed this?

Yes I noticed it myself, we are investigating. 

As you say, changing channel and back again does quickly resolve the issue.

@DarrenW I have a video from last night's France game. Not as easy to see as the TV but if looking at the ball moving you can see the stutter

Question this new BT box out now or is it being tested and when will it be be available for existing customers who is who's been with BT for long time ?

It's being rolled out slowly at the moment, I think it should be supplied if you order the VIP package at the moment.
