Logging into MyBT (to see current bill for example) always leads to being taken to my BT email page. Trying again from there to log into MyBT just results into going round in a loop.
I'm using Win10 and Edge if that is any help.
Can anyone suggest a solution?

Try a different browser. Clear your cookies and cache from Edge.

I have cleared the cache and cookies and have also tried in Chrome and Firefox. The My BT app in my android 'phone works okay.
I wonder what else I might try? Or is it something BT can do at their end?

I reported exactly the same problem on 19/11/2021 and I'm still waiting for a resolution.
The moderators resort to sending private messages so other members of the Community never get to know the outcome!

My message was followed up and the MyBT account was reset using another of my email addresses.
It was done via private messages as you say...
