Has anyone had this error code. I’ve had the app on 5 different devices and worked fine, I’ve uninstalled and re installed several times to no avail,

Hi @Bradbury1977 thanks for trying that. Would you confirm if this is the MyBT app or BT Wifi app?
I know you have it on multiple devices but would you confirm the model of one device you are using and getting this error and whether it is android or IOS and the version of the operating system on the device.

Hi, I’m using it on a device I’ve used before and iPad Pro 2019, iPhone XS and iPad Air 2 2018, and to confirm it is the MyBt app.

Hi @Bradbury1977 thanks for getting back to me. If you could check one of the devices for the version of IOS that is running it would help the app team to test.
You can check this via the Settings app. Navigate to Settings > General > About. You’ll see the version number to the right of the “Version” entry on the About page.
