Major service outage Meltham Huddersfield

• Really poor information from BT then. I just phoned for an update and they gave me another target fix time or 11am and then said we can’t provide anymore information as it’s with openreach and we only know the outcome once they update their notes. So possibly openreach were called out but passed the issue back to Bt resolve ? Either way there is still a major service outage ongoing and no one with any idea on fix time or who’s looking at it

Since the outage which BT has now have said is resolved i an noticing lag on various websites and working remotely which wasn’t there before it’s quite frustrating. Speeds look fine are there any other tests I can perform to see what my response times are or if my connection is unstable . I have restarted my Bt home hub
