Saga continues.
Watching my neighbours get all hooked up to FTTP, All the CBTS local are getting filled up. And yet my order keeps failing because it requires a survey and the wrong place is always surveyed. Its now been pushed back to april 2022 because of groundwork. Because of lack of staff, because of COVID, the list of reasons goes on.
Can anyone assist with this? Agents in the FTTP team have outright refused to request an ordi. My order was cancelled yesterday again because I supposedly requested it.
