Mobile sport app login

I’m on EE network ciant watch on  sport app got new password and ID  still ciant   watch any sport on app  , contact EE tenchnical team there no promble on there sided , so please check my name *********************  thank you for ur help

Hi @Michoelo1, I'm sorry you're unable to login to the BT Sport app, as this is provided to you by EE it's not something that BT will be able to offer you assistance with as we have no means to access your BT Sport account information. You will need to contact EE directly for help.
