Hi @LeftyLooper, welcome to the forum, and thanks for your post. I'm not sure if this is possible so I'll get this checked out for you and we'll post back once we have confirmation.

Cheers

John

Hi @LeftyLooper

Thank you for your patience whilst we looked into this for you.

You can set up a password vault for each of your family members by sending them the following link:  Share Norton password manager

Thanks,

Robbie

Re: Multiple Password Vaults

This "solution" simply shares the single vault created in BT Norton Password Manager with other members of the family.  It prompts them for the main BT Account Holder Username and Password and takes them into the single Password Vault associated with this account.

How does a BT customer create multiple password vaults for each member of the family?

The BT McAfee True Key Solution provided separate password vaults with separate master passwords for  each family member.

At present, the move to BT Norton Password Manager is a backwards step providing less features than before.

Please advise.
