My BT App, Smart Hub 2 losing device wi-fi access

I have the Smart Hub 2 v0.26.04.04227-BT
I am using the My BT app on android.
Trying to setup wi-fi access controls using the App but they save and are then forgotten seconds later.
I have tried creating a group and doing things that way and also just for the device (an XBOX).
The settings sometimes display on the hub home page (http://192.168.1.254/bt_access_control.htm) but not for long.
It's driving me mad, any suggestions welcome.
The XBOX is connected via wi-fi, I have been able to add a cabled device to the access control and it seems to remember the settings - so wi-fi related?
I have tried disabling the 5ghz wifi but makes no difference.

Hi @adamwoody, welcome to the forum and sorry that you are having a problem with the access controls.

Please would you try a Factory Reset on your hub and see if that resolves the issue.

Thanks, I had tried a factory reset. I have cabled the XBOX in for now as the app doesnt lose the device unless its on wi-fi. Which is rubbish but ok for now.
