Wonder if anyone can help.
We recently moved into a new property and upgraded to 500mb fibre optic. My router is within 1m of the Fibre Optic hub but ive never seen over 170mb download speed since moving in (Ive seen much much lower too).
Im really disappointed as out previous broadband supplier never gave me any issues whatsoever (EE)
Streaming stuff on Netflix is painful as it keeps buffering in the middle of a film etc.
If im paying for 500mb then shouldn't I be expecting to get at least somewhere near that?
I hope someone can shed some light on why im being short changed.
