I've been using the app for several months to control device access to my Smart Hub. A few days ago the app suddenly asked me to log in again. It won't let me log in. The username and password are correct, I have verified this on the BT web site. I have rebooted the phone, cleared the app cache, and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. When I try to log in the screen flashes a couple of times and then returns to the log in screen. I'm on a Samsung phone with Android 10.
I suspect the app updated itself and is now broken. Since the the app is the only way I can set access controls for the Smart Hub, this is really annoying.
I'd like to add that I've just tried the app on an old HTC phone running Android 6 and it works just fine.
