My son's school website ospringeprimary.com only appears as text on any device logged into our network either by cable or wireless. The website works fine on the same devices if they are using a different network. Also the website showmyhomework.com is not working at all at home but does on the same device on a different network. Any ideas?
I have added them both on BT Parental Controls as allowed websites but this doesn't seem to work on these websites, but has on others that we had the same problem with.
I have factory reset the Smart Hub 2 but this hasn't helped.
