MyBT is only showing mobile accounts. Used to show landlines and broadband but they have disappeared. Any suggestions?
For me, My BT does very little. Just brings up an error message when I try to view my usage.

Are you logging in using : https://www.bt.com/ ?
Click on MyBT
BT user id and password
Scroll down to Your Products, Click on the Manage button
This should show all your products (and those you don't have).
Everything shows when logging in via the link but not when using MyBT app.
