NIGHTMARE

We have now been without broadband for 9 days,

it took 3 engineers 4 days to decide the router was the problem !!!!

Despite me saying a new router wont solve the problem they ordered 1 , it came 2 LONG days later, and yes it didn't work solid orange as usual.

Its now been decided that its a build issue or my account setup has been compromised, nobody communicates with me I'm constantly ring up , then you have to repeat the whole process , they say someone will call me , they never do so like i said this is day 9 and still none the wiser to what BT are doing about it .

Utterly disgusted with the service i am getting

9 days with no Broadband , and as a business the service is appalling, engineers are saying its a build issue or my account has been compromised either way NOBODY is doing anything to fix it
