NOW TV Channels

I have just purchased a Now tv pass, but can't see the listed channels in my bt tv guide and can only access them through the app. This means I can't record programmes or see when the programmes I want to watch are on.

Are the channels only available through the app or should I be able to access them through the tv guide as well?

Did you buy the pass through BT or direct from NowTV?

I bought the pass through BT

Try doing a rescan of channels on your Youview box. Channels may show up after that.

Probably tried already but have you attempted a software update in the settings?

I had this happen before and although technically I was on the latest firmware, the update checking did force a restart and the NowTV channels were then visible.
