Neighbours have broadband but I cant get ??

and it's same same price as a 36mbps line for a third of the speed - looks like I'll have to go the mobile route.

any idea who to contact to find out when or if they (whoever they are) are provisioning more capacity - can't see the issue going away anytime soon?

Not looking good I'm afraid, doesn't appear to be any plans to expand the capacity.
