I need some help.
On Monday we took out a new contract with BT which included a subscription to Now TV. Whoever registered my details has used an old BT email address which was deleted because it wasn't used for over 150 days. Because I cannot access this email address I cannot sign in to Now TV.
Customer services didn't know what to do...
If there is anyone on here who can help it'll be a Moderator.

Hi @Nicolas1882, I'm sorry that the incorrect email address was used to set up your Now TV On BT TV account. Please call us on 0800 800 150, as that would be quicker, and we'll be able to process the request to get the email address used to the correct one.
