Hi all,
on Dec 2nd i called the support to upgrade my broadband from from Fibre 2 to Full Fibre 900.
we already have fttp on our house so it really was just supposed to be a switch as the representative told us.
since that day nothing happened and the order is still open but i've been charged already for my new package on my current bill.
what are the expected lead times for this switch and can someone help speed this up?
