All testing done by cable, cat5e.
Also ran the internal speed test from the BT app that confirmed it won't go above 50 mbps. Download seems about right 800-900.
Any help would be appreciated.

if new install you need to wait a few days and up speed your increase

Your hub should update within 72hrs and give you full upload speed. Post back then if it has/hasn't happened and the mods will sort it out for you.

It's already sorted itself out getting 900/110 now on speedtest.
