On Saturday our Broadband went down - it kept dropping and still is doing - even when it is up and running its 1-2mbps at the very best. The landline was crackling and hard to use.
On Sunday the Landline went down as well - there is no dial tone. I can ring it and the phone rings but there is no sound.
I have run all the diagnostics - they tell me the fault is outside the property.
I cannot get an engineer to come until Friday.
I have tried Chat - they say they are working on it.
But NOTHING has changed
Can any moderators look into this please.
Even just while typing this our broadband disconnected itself.
If you have no landline or a very noisy landline then there isn't nothing anybody can do as you need an engineer visit which you have already got for Friday

Did you report it as a landline fault (noisy phone line, unable to make calls) or a broadband fault, as that affects the priority?
