Im paying for superfast broadband and BT have always promised me up to 30mbps, most days usually hovers around 20 but almost every day it drops to around 2mbps or less (its 0.95 as I type this) , its so slow most evenings that streaming a film is out of the question, web searches are painfully slow, its even taken me nearly 20 minutes to get to the point of typing this!
Ive done all the phone tests and nothing seems amiss.
I'm still in contract until March '21 and Im wondering should I claim for failure to provide the service Im paying for?
