We've been without broadband for over a week now, since 5 Jan 2021, and very little appears to be being done about it with no sense of urgency. I should add the phone landline is working fine so I don't know why the broadband isn't.
Phoned BT FAULTS several times and always told "there's a fault in the area and engineers are working on it" however every day another 24 hours is added to the estimated completion time. I would really love to know what they are doing that is taking so long! I've not received any text or email updates despite being told I would.
We're in national lockdown and trying to work from home and need the Internet for this and access to the outside world e.g. shopping etc so it's simply unacceptable. I'm thoroughly fed up
