Thanks for taking the time to speak with me yesterday. As promised, I've sorted the credit out for you and I've sent it to your bank account. It can take 5 working days to arrive. For anyone reading this, your issue was different from others as there was an issue with your original online order that meant it had to be manually placed instead.
