No sound coming threw by box

Hi so I have no sound when using my youview box I have sound on my smart TV itself though I’ve checked all wires and buttons etc all ok I’ve changed hdmi lead I’ve reset the box and still no sound how can I fix this? Thanks

Hi @Jlacey720, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that you are not getting any sound when trying to watch channels via the Youview box. Try the Fix Sound Issues help page and it will take you through some checks and see if that resolves the issue.
