Not another FTTP install question

Hi all,

After some help, I'm due to get FTTP installed next Friday (19th March) but I haven't had my CSP installed yet.

Openreach were out on the 15th Feb to install CSP but couldn't because of blocked duct and said dig team would need to attend.

Dig team came out on the 19th Feb and unblocked duct and ran a pull cord to where CSP is going to be located.

I've tried to contact BT but its busy with up to 30 min wait

Then I'm afraid you will have to wait 30 minutes.

No need to ring BT, the dig team will have cleared the job and it will proceed more than likely as a 1 step install where the engineer will fit both CSP and ONT.
