Whenever I do forgotten password on my beefeater rewards site I never get the email to reset my password. I have checked spam folder and done password reset many times. I notice on a previous post from someone having the same issue that bt was blocking the password reset emails thinking they were spam. Could this be the case and if so how do I get bt to unblock the emails so they get to me
