My wife is not receiving all the emails sent to her, Her customers are calling saying they have sent an email and had no response. I am sending her emails from my btinternet account and she is not getting them. Her phone and BTemails are both getting ( or not ) the same emails. They are not going to spam, and there are no emails blocked.
Any idea what to do, or who to talk to to get this resolved? As anyone had this problem and got it sorted?

@alisonkennie welcome to the community and thanks for posting. That's not good, I'm sorry to see you're wife is having problems receiving emails. Are there any domains in the blocked sender list like @gmail or @btinternet ?
