What is the process for cancelling a pass? Is there a direct function via MY BT account or are you forced to phone?
As a normal now tv subscriber. You just goto the now tv website. Login, click passes and click cancel. Make sure you go through all the menus to cancel. It takes 3 ish to 100% cancel the pass. They will probably offer you a deal.
Thank you but this doesn't work for me as I have had Now TV as a bolt on for the last couple of months only and the Now TV site states that I have to deal with via my BT account
You manage your passes through the MyBT App.
