Numerous Fiber Issues

Hi

I've not been a customer very long, having had my line activated on the 27th of May, but I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the line. My connection has dropped twice now for prolonged periods of time, ranging from 30 minutes to upwards of an hour, and now I've woken up to once again a drop in connection that won't come back. I can't even log in and see the status in the area because apparently no broadband service is linked to my account, nor does the landline number I type in for the status check work. If I've been provided with a new one, it's nowhere to be found and of course it's near enough impossible to reach any kind of customer service to help! Can anyone help point me in the right direction, I'm starting to seriously regret the switch.

Are you sure you are entering the correctnumber? Ring 17070 and the number will be announced to you.
