I was due to have my broadband activated today and i logged into the app and it says it has been delayed. Apparently the ONT is showing as “not in sync” at openreach. Its a new build house and I move in tomorrow. As I work from home I really need the internet can anyone shed any light on what this means?

It can take up to midnight for activation. If not working tomorrow ring the FTTP team 0800 587 4787.
BT have already said its been delayed and there is a problem with the openreach equipment saying “not in sync” on their system.
