Hi, I have recently moved into a property that has an old obsolete BT phone line/cable attached to the facia near the guttering. This line will likely be in the way of some work I am planning on carrying out soon.
So I'd like to know would BT Openreach simply remove this line from my property without cost to myself or would they be reluctant to do so?
TIA

Hi @RoscoefromMoscow Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. You'll need to contact Openreach directly about that and they'll advise you if there will be a charge.
Check out this link to the Openreach website for assistance.
Thanks
Neil
