Thanks for the clarity and promptness in diagnosis. I have phoned the FTTP team and armed with my new acronym knowledge and insight I was able to have the right conversation where previously I had met unhelpful "sorry can't help" walls. It seems I will need FTTP but can't place orders till this dang virus backs off to a new normal. Thx for help!
