I'm currently with Vodafone's standard FTTC offering and have ordered Fibre 900 today from BT. I've been out of contract with VF since the start of the year.
Do I need to tell Vodafone or will BT manage that?
Does it work similarly to FTTC>FTTC migrations, i.e. the engineer will disconnect the old service and then come and sort the new one?
The first install date I was given is about a month away - is that usual? Long time to wait 😞
