I doubt they'd answer such a question. No doubt a contracter will arrive one day and just start putting up a dropwire.

I assume that you are referring to the discussion on Page 1 of this thread?

You are correct that Openreach is wholly owned by BT Group PLC.

However, there is no such company as "BT Openreach", and Openreach never refer to themselves as such, (officially).
