PIN required for BT Sport 2 - rugby highlights

So just flicking through channels on BTtv and the Gallager Rugby Highlights at 3pm on BT Sports 2 asks for a PIN.

Changed channel away and back and still wants a PIN - the PIN does give access.

No PIN required for same programme on Sky on VirginMedia.

looking  up the The programme  it has guidance “this programme may contain strong language which some viewers may find upsetting” specified in the YouviewEPG.   that would trigger the PIN request
