Parental Controls aren't working

Hi My Parental Controls aren't working- when set to "strict" the only thing that seems to get blocked is netflix and skype, but nothing else is blocked. If i customise the controls then i can free up streaming services but no other content is blocked. I've reset the service a number of times and rebooted my hub.

Any ideas?
