Parental controls not blocking

Thanks for posting about your parental controls issue. I'm sorry you're having problems. Can you give us more details on what the problems are? Are you seeing any error messages? How are you activating them etc?

Hi Dave, no error messages and it says our controls are active when there not

Are you a new customer and they've never worked?  Or have you only noticed this recently and they worked ok before?
