Parental controls

Hello,

I have recently moved house and for some reason the parent controls have been rest to on my wifi.

I now can not find the parent control button to tun it off.

I have followed the instructions but unfortunately, I don’t seem to have the correct path to turn it off again.

Is there any other way to turn the parent control off again?

either use the MYBT app or login to MYBT webpage to switch off parental controls

I have tried that but cant seem to find this, would this because my products are still showing as Halo until my broadband gets change over on Monday?
