Not at the moment - I'll update when we have one.  There are too many external dependencies to give a reliable estimate - I don't want to set expectations that we end up not meeting.

It's in our best interests to get it working ASAP, so please trust me when I say we're doing all we can.

So we are at the end of November now and still nothing has been done ? , this problem has consisted for nearly a year from numerous people and still nothing has changed !

Latest update from last week is that we now have Ultimate content in a format that the PS5 can play, however it lasts for less than a minute before failing. We're waiting for an initial assessment from Sony on the cause.

Darren, my BT Sports app has started failing after 20 seconds in the past week and returning the VC019 error code.

Any chance it is related to the issue you describe above?
