Positive feedback
Just spoke to the BT helpdesk...had to cancel Broadband, but need to keep email.
The call was answered on the first ring & the chap was efficent, helpful & english!
I then needed to change my Direct Debit, again put through to a helpful chap in Cardiff who couldnt have been more hlepful.
Thank you BT for having a UK call centre & your employees are fantastic.
