I wanted to post a message to convey how much I appreciate the help I have received today to resolve an issue with my email account being stuck on Basic, despite it being linked to a new BT account.
Within an hour of StuartH picking up my case, he managed to resolve the issue - a huge contrast of making no progress for a week with phone support.
Thanks again StuartH, and for all the moderators who have helped customers, perhaps like me when I felt there was no where to turn, there is light at the end of the tunnel. This team DELIVERS!!!
