Problem

I also have a problem on 15.10.2021 an engineer came to connect me to the internet and he didn't succeed, he told me that he will come next week and even today no one came to connect me at the Internet

You need to login to MyBT, and see what the status of your order is, or ring 0800 800 150, to speak to the connections team.
