Re: Purple lights

I don't have a phone yet as it's my first flat, but I had a technician come out last Tuesday to activate it, he says it is activate and should wait til midnight for it to come on, but it's been a week since then and it hasn't stopped flashing purple

Re: Purple lights

Without checking with a phone at the test socket, you could be charged if the fault is within your own wiring, or the way you have things connected up.

A basic wired phone costs less than £10, and could save you an £85 visit charge.
