Tried umpteen time to opt out of BT WI-FI over the last few days website not working right for me.

Hi @Carl5,

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. When opting in and out of BT Wifi it can take up to 28 days for any changes to reflect on the Hub.

Do you get any error message when you try to opt-out?

No error message just refreshes and goes in a loop back to square 1 BT Dashboard will not load now!
