Did you try enabling it, as mentioned in an earlier post?
I can't find a Caller ID enable option either when I log into my account on the web or via the app. What am I missing? Thanks in anticipation.

I'm sure that you need to call Customer Services to have it added, despite what the BT Help page suggests on the previous page, it doesn't appear as an option for me online or through the app. Neither did it appear as an option when I lost Caller Display.
Thanks for the follow up. I haven't had enough free time yet to do this, assuming it will take ages to get through to someone, but will try at some stage this weekend.
