I appear to be experiencing the exact same problem as Peter Martinez and I'd appreciate help on how to break out of this loop!
I can no longer access MyBT or BT Cloud, I can only access BT Mail using my BT ID and password.
I've tried resetting my BT ID password on several occasions but I can still only access BT Mail.
All contributions would be very much appreciated.

Do you recall when your last successful login to MyBT was?
Do you have any other email addresses that may have been set up as the BTID?

The last time I can be sure of logging in to MyBT was on or around 3rd September 2021 to download a copy of my last BT bill.
As far as I'm aware my primary BT ID has always been xxxxxxx @ as this was the very first email address I created many years ago. In recent years I set up the following additional email addresses (I think as affiliates, each with its own unique BT ID):
This evening I tried to log on to MyBT for xxxxxxx @ and the dashboard started to load but suddenly went blank and then logged me in to WebMail.
Not sure if it's connected in any way to my current problem, but BT Cloud updated on my PC very recently and things have gone downhill ever since!
