I am getting very frustrated as there is no online way of cancelling an Engineer appointment I have now changed it to 17th Sept to give more time to cancel.
Can you cancel it?

All you need to do is to select the option to cancel the fault.
This is what I cannot see, which screen is it on?

From what I remember, its on the bottom of the fault progress chart, but its a month or so back when I last used it.
It said something like "Tell us your fault is now cleared"
