Devices won’t “talk” or see each other on new by home bub

Getting this issue... tv apps, chromecast and printer can be seen in the hub manager, but don't show up on other devices.

It started happening randomly - without me changing anything in the hub manager.

I never had smart setup on anyway, but router has been restarted several times - still not working.

Anyone with any ideas?
